· 支持项目开发经理完成欧莱雅奢妍美电子商务网站的新功能开发

· 支持和指导各个品牌主管的日常运营工作

· 需求分析。需要充分理解客户的需求，保证整个运营小组正确理解客户的运营需求

· 风险控制和管理意识

· 时间控制管理，领导和管理运营团队的时间和人力资源情况

· 质量控制，需要确保日常运营的质量，提高客户的满意度

· 团队管理，需要指导和支持组员的日常工作

· 定期向项目总监汇报日常工作

个人技能要求

· 至少2年电子商务网站运营管理经验

· 至少2年项目管理经验

· 精通电子商务网站的开发技能和知识

· 精通网站分析工具Google Analytics和BAIDU Analytics

· 流利的英语沟通能力

· 良好的沟通能力

· 良好的主动性

· 良好的领导能力

· 良好的分析技能和风险意识

· 能够快速处理和应对电子商务网站运营的要求

· 良好的组织能力.

E-commerce Website Operation Manager, for LOREAL projects

Permanent, full-time position

Report to the project director. You will handle L’Oreal e-commerce website project with 10+ team members. You will coach operation team leader of all brands of L’Oreal. You have to be very skilled to communicate with the client of L’Oreal and the local team members, and you are always looking for to improve the process of doing things. We are looking for a person who is passionate, responsible and dynamic, and wants to be a part of this experienced team.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Manage and all projects from LOREAL including operating

· http://www.luxurybeauty.com with lancome/Armani/biotherm/kiehls/shu/Helenarubinstein

· http://www.lorealparis.com

· http://science.lorealchina.com

· Support project manager to setup new L’Oreal feature onto luxury beauty

· Support and coach maintenance team leader to do daily operation

· Requirement analysis. Fully understand the briefings from client and share through the team. Ensure that the local team has the correct understanding of the requirement.

· Risks management.

· Time management. Lead and work with the production team and identify timeline and resource requirements;

· Resource management. Make a proper resource request per hours/date to project director and coordinate efforts of the internal production team.

· Quality control. Ensure that the project can be delivered in high quality.

· Team management. Provide directions and support to production team members whenever is necessary.

· Report management. Produce weekly status report to local project director.

Personal skill requirement

· Have at least 2 year of e-commerce website operation experience

· Have at least 2 years of project management experience

· Have technical knowledge of site development skills (DotNet / PHP / Java)

· Have good knowledge of Google Analytics and BAIDU Analytics

· Good English speaking skills is a must.

· Outstanding communication skills.

· Be proactive
