工作内容：
- 熟悉塑料等材料的混料、造粒、挤出、冲切等相关设备，一旦出现设备故障能准确快速判断原因；
- 学习能力强，能建立、实施、改进TPM，努力使设备始终处于可用状态；
- 维修作业全过程安全、整洁、高效；能根据生产计划合理安排工作，错峰作业；
- 记录和分析设备、工装、效率、备件流转等相关数据；
- 监测设备的日常运行，指导和监督操作工的设备点检和日常维护保养；
- 做好备件备品的仓储、包装，标签等工作;
- 提出建议并实施持续改进、6S活动；
- 上级安排的其他工作。

人员要求：
- 高中或中专以上学历、机电相关专业毕业；有焊工作业等证书；
- 三年以上设备维修经验，有一定的模具维护知识经验；
- 安全和质量意识强，能理解并执行ISO体系中的程序文件和质量记录表格的要求；
- 礼貌正直，勤快好学，有纪律性，无不良嗜好; 愿意接受新技术和持续改进提高；细心，做事有条理；
- 有潜在的团队领导能力；
- 居住在青浦附近优先。
