Job Summary:
This key role will see you leading the needs analysis and designing/improving/optimizing of business process, documentation, training & coaching, delivery, assessment, reinforcement, and culture/change enhancement.
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
-- Understand the different areas and functions of all the operations of the company.
-- Conduct Needs Analysis/Assessments in partnership with business units and managers to identify performance solutions in order to improve the company's effectiveness and efficiency.
-- Provide insight and recommendations based on analyses and assessments of data and business processes. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement. Develop and implement process changes and policies as needed.
-- Develop/design effective training modules for business processes and procedures.
-- Train and develop subject matter experts (SME) to prepare them to train others.
-- Deliver training to new hires, existing staff, and temporary staff through classroom, one-on-one, self-study, or e-Learning sessions.
-- Evaluate training results against original expectations, and design future plans to better meet performance needs.
-- Monitor the usage and effectiveness of business processes and procedures and recommend/implement modifications, as appropriate.
-- Play an active role in various enterprise meetings and projects, to maintain awareness of current and future environment, and influence business process development efforts as appropriate.
-- Work closely with programmers to ensure the development of tools and references to facilitate effective performance solutions.
-- Produce/maintain all process documentation at various levels of the process/project model.
-- Manage the training documentation process, ensuring all training records are maintained.
Requirements:
-- Knowledge of ISO 9000 family and commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within manufacturing and trading world. Manufacturing and project management experience a plus.
-- High level of creativity and knowledge of adult learning principles, best practices and technologies to recommend/implement best practice approaches to needs analysis, process design/improvement, training, documentation, delivery, and assessment.
-- At least 1 year's training experience, having strong exposure in designing learning content for varying modes of delivery.
-- Ability to utilize technology and computer systems for managing the training process (visual, video & interactive training design).
-- Proven analytic, problem solving and research skills
-- Excellent English presentation, written and verbal communication skills. Chinese language proficiency a plus.
-- Ability to present material in an enthusiastic manner, keeping the audiences' attention.
-- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
-- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
-- Being adaptable to change and responding to the changing business environment.
