主要职责：

Coordinate Product promotion, such as exhibition events, customer workshops

Business development activities and marketing strategies for assigned accounts.

Work closely with sales teams to develop opportunity strategy, implement the plan and report the results.

Support Regional Sales Representative to present applicable business models and risk assessments for management approval, as required, to support new business (Go/No-Go, Bid/No-Bid).

根据需要，支持区域销售代表提出适用的业务模式和风险评估，以获得管理层的批准，以支持新业务

Negotiate and obtain customer agreement on technical deviations within acceptable parameters.

在可接受的范围内，就技术偏差与客户进行谈判并取得客户的同意。

Support Regional Sales Representative in collaboration with HQ and HUBs, identify future business opportunities, market trends, and competitor assessments.

支持区域销售代表与总部和中心的合作，确定未来的商业机会，市场趋势和竞争对手的评估。

Coordinate with cross functional departments and external partners, as necessary.

必要时，协调跨职能部门和外部合作伙伴。

Update and maintain market information within his/her assigned accounts.

更新和维护其指定客户的市场信息。

职位要求：

Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.

Min. 5 years of successful experience in HV electrical equipment business, preferably as EPC role

5年以上高压电气设备行业成功经验，EPC类工作经验优先
Ability to understand the customer’s perspective and align product and service offerings to meet customer needs.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple opportunities, priorities, and work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.

有较强的多任务管理能力有能力，并在压力和紧迫的期限下有效工作

Ability to think outside the box and craft solutions within given constraints.

Fluent speaking and writing in Chinese and English
