Position: Advertising & Promotion Manager

Reporting Hierarchy: Reporting to Marketing Director

Location: Shanghai

Major Responsibilities:

Build, develop and maintain media relationship to maximize brands exposure

Formulate and develop marketing plan and strategies development to support business growth objectives and to drive traffic to stores

Develop and implement marketing program including advertising, promotion, public relations, events, direct marketing, premium items

Develop advertising, press release and all promotion materials, including translation and copywriting

Monitor A&P expenditure constantly and ensure this remains within agreed limits

Manage consumer loyalty program

Liaise with business partners for joint promotion activities

Liaise and communicate with store managers to ensure the smooth implementation of promotions

Skills and Qualifications:

University graduate in Marketing/Communications/Journalism

5-7 years experience in PR/Marketing/Event Management, have some experience in fashion industry preferred

Excellent in project and budget management

Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English

Be innovative, independent and with strong fashion and marketing sense

Solid exposure with PR agencies/production house/media/press

Good communication, interpersonal skills and self-motivated
