Key Job Responsibilities主要职责： 

? Responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing accounts.

? Enhance Key Account Management

? Promote problem solving approach to educate customers specifying TSS products.

? Achieve sales target with reliable sales forecast and quality reporting. Develop and maintain a database on all activities and information.

? Provide information/feedback to the sales team and take a leader role in Business Development team.

? Establish and develop long term relationships with internal and external customers. 

? Liaise with Marketing, R&D and Sales Departments to establish and identify marketing needs for the assigned territory and/or segments.

? Qualifications任职资格： 

? Bachelor’s degree or above in Machinery, Engineering or Technical field with applicable sales experience.

? Minimum 4 to 6 years in selling technical products, preferable in hydraulic, mechanical, transmission, Machine tools, etc.

? Teamwork and good in self-management; Leading change.

? Global account management skills and experience are also preferred.

? Proactive and self-motivation.

? Good in spoken and written English.

? Domestic travel Frequently.
