职责描述：

- 负责测试和测量设备的维修和维护，对现有测试设备的优化改善。

- 管理和执行测试和测量设备的校准

- 定义和编辑新的测试设备的要求

- 新测试设备的技术开发（小型测试治具）

- 测试夹具的设计和维护

- 新试验设备的设计与安装

- 完成上级领导安排的其他工作

任职要求：

- 大专及以上学历，电子/电气等相关专业

- 3年以上工作经验，37岁以下

- 熟悉Solidworks/CAD或其他制图软件

- 有夹具设计经验

- 有测试设备或非标自动化设备维护优化经验

- 能够看懂电子电路图
