职位描述：
全权负责喷涂（五条静电喷涂流水线）、包装生产过程管理工作；确保喷涂生产线运转正常、确保喷涂、包装计划按时完成、控制产品质量，及时处理不合格品和制造过程中损坏产品，确保计划100%按时完成；组织实施持续改善，以降低制造成本、提高生产效率。
1、执行生产计划，确保及时完成任务；
2、跟踪监控本部门生产进度的执行情况，督促本部门生产任务的按时完成；
3、负责指导监督下属进行产品喷涂和包装入库工作；
4、对喷涂流水线的正常运转负责；
5、与有关方面进行协调、沟通，及时通报各个生产订单的生产进度情况；
6、指导本部门员工按操作规程和规章制度生产，保证工序质量控制；
7、提高安全意识，加强安全教育，对本部门的安全生产工作负领导责任；
8、负责根据生产需要进行相应的人员调配，根据程序申请招聘生产人员；
9、协助工艺部制定先进、科学的生产作业文件和工时定额；
10、对减少原材料的浪费，控制生产成本负责。
职位要求：
1、机械类专业大专及以上学历；
2、五年以上相关工作经历，熟悉喷涂生产工艺；
3、熟练运用办公软件；性格开朗，有事业心和快速处理问题的能力，有良好的沟通协调能力。
