1.JOB PURPOSE

· Overall responsibility for orders handling from Sales, registration and transfer to Production and Logistics departments

· Obey the internal ordering processes by agreed requirements on lead-time; information update and authorization

· To ensure the customer order is well implemented from reservation till delivered and invoiced

· To ensure the ERP data presents at accurate status (date, quantities, value etc)

· To track the order status in order to provide on timely information towards Sales and Production

· Update the delivery schedule accordingly without delay and mistake

· Be responsible, be active on handle order delay delivery and postponement

· To manage the internal ERP database and presents statistics reports accordingly

· Coordination and communication between internal function departments and towards customer, to ensure the high communication route works

· Execute the own department KPI's



2.QUALIFICATION

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

· College or University degree

· Minimum 2 years experience in similar functions

· Familiar with MS office applications and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems

· Good communication skills

· Ability to work on own initiative and within a team

· Ability to work under pressure

· Versatile and adaptable to varied working conditions.

· Systematic and accurate

· Good knowledge of Sales and Logistics aspect



ADDITIONAL PREFERENCES

· Driving license, Good command of written and spoken English



3.ROLES,RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

· Responsible for internal coordination between Sales; Logistics; Production and Finance

· Responsible for own department climate and staff development

· Responsible for operations budget, KPI and expense

· Responsible for order handling and communication to the further process

· Participate and responsible for ERP system operations and maintenance

· Responsible for file documents, status report and analysis

· Responsible for order coordination and quick response without delay

· Responsible for daily staff and operations

· Responsible for correct documentation flow

· Responsible for subordinators training and development



4.POSITION TASKS

The Operations Manager's tasks include, but are not limited to:

· Incoming order handling and project allocations

· Report any differences (Negative margin, etc) to Supply Chain Director as well as Finance

· Participate in Logistics plan

· Participation the coordination with internal function department meeting



5.REPORTING

· Report on regular basis if there is accidents or abnormal

· Other reports when required by Supply Chain Director



6.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS(KPIs)

· Make document with no errors

· Follow up the regular reports

· Registration in ERP system accordingly

· Provide statistics report for area of responsibility

· Operations department staff productivity and KPI's
