1、计算机或相关专业
2、精通PHP开发语言，熟悉面向对象的软件设计方法，熟练掌握常用数据结构和算法；精通MySQL数据库应用开发，熟悉MySQL的数据库配置管理、性能优化等操作技能。
3、熟悉Linux / Windows Server / Unix，系统集群，负载均衡搭建配置；
4、有门户网站后台开发、管理经验。
5、高PV并发网站开发经验。
6、熟悉Zend、Symfony、CodeIgniter、CakePHP等开发框架。
7、熟悉ThinkPHP、DISCUZ、任一开源CMS者优先。
