As legal counsel the management of company supported to provide strategic legal advice to support organic business growth in PRC; Ensure that PRC legislation which may affect Company business operation in PRC is made known within the organization and work for those necessary adaptations to minimize the risks of business operation in PRC.这个职位要求员工提供法律意见及支持，帮助企业在中国法律体系下健康，快速发展； 确保公司对那些和公司业务相关法律条款的变更及修改得到及时通知，以便公司对其业务做出积极有效的调整。

RESPONSIBILITIES职责：

1. Provide legal support on legal matters in connection with the business activities 对公司的业务提供法律支持
2. Supervise and standardize the whole company‘s contracts’ review and documentation; Drafting, reviewing, negotiating & finalizing contracts in the field of building business, included but not limited to contracts, licensing, services and confidentiality agreements, to ensure policy compliance on contract review policy/process, risk management policy and delegation of authority；协助并规范公司合同、文件的管理及审批，参与公司业务的合同，服务及保密协议的草拟、审批、讨论及定案； 确保公司在合同管理的制度、流程及审批的合规性；确保公司的风险及合同管理在授权内
3. Review and comment on legal profile, and other business transactions to keep the company operating within legal scope；审批法律文件，确保公司业务合法化
4. Support business team in negotiation with customer and subcontractors;协助业务部门进行和客户及分包商的协商及谈判
5. Documentation and related legal aspects for projects operations;为项目执行提供法律支持
6. Be in charge of litigation affairs; legal notices, and legal compliance activities；负责公司的相关法律事宜
7. Build up collaboration with engineering, sales, project execution, purchase, risk management, finance & tax in response to quotation.建立与技术、销售，项目执行、采购、风险管理、财务及税务的合作，建立并规范合作结构的流程

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE教育及技能要求：

1. 5 + years legal in associate and/or legal counsel position with law firm and/or JVs in multi-national corporations;有5年以上在律师事务所或大型企业的法律工作经验
2. Bachelor degree or plus of Law university本科或以上的法律学历
3. 优先:legal management in complex projects;PRC Bar qualification有复杂项目法律管理的经验；中国律师执照
4. Good Communications skills良好的沟通能力
5. Good in PC良好的计算机应用能力
