这个职位要求员工引导销售、项目、采购等各个职能部门建立风险管理及控制的意识及能力，帮助企业更健康快速的发展The Manager Solution Risk Management (SRM) will be responsible for leading commercial team to build up risk management competency center in China and North Asia to support solution and service business healthy growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES职责

1. Risk assessment of the company’s project, as well as monitor and supervise contractual risks ;评估、审查公司项目的风险；合同风险的跟踪及监督

2. Provide leadership in contract management, process and procedure design, contract development, risk management and mitigation, cost estimation, business compliance.引导公司的合同管理，建立行之有效的管理流程及审批程序，建立相关的合同，风险管理及控制，成本分析的管理工具

3. Support business team in negotiation with customer and subcontractors;协助业务部门进行和客户及分包商的协商及谈判

4. Manage & assess project insurance, credit insurance.管理及评估与项目及信用相关的保险范围

5. Manage the process of structuring creative, commercially and technically sound deals in collaboration with engineering, sales, project execution, purchase, legal, finance & tax in response to quotation.建立与技术、销售，项目执行、采购、法律、财务及税务的合作，建立并规范合作结构的流程

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE教育及技能要求

1. 5 + years working experience in project contract management, commercial, risk management functions in a foreign companies，有5年以上在项目管理及风险控制上的工作经验

2. Education in engineering, Finance, Economic, business administration or Legal，本科或以上学历，工程，技术，财务，经济或工商管理相关的为优

3. 优先:

a) Contract development and risk management in complex projects; 有复杂项目合同及风险管理的经验

b) Project management experience，项目管理的经验

c) Finance experience，财务经验

4. Good Communications skills，良好的沟通能力

5. Good in PC，良好的计算机应用能力
