岗位概要: Key Performance Area/Job summary
？ To identify, promote and embed CI method to achieve sustainable and continuous improvements on-site performance in WCF production sites.
？ To Work closely with the heads of all functions to develop a culture of continuous improvement following the CI phase progression.
？ To achieve a set of shared objectives and to deliver the overall manufacturing strategy.
基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility/Detailed job focuses
？ Working closely with Plant Manager and site Management team, to influence all other functions on-site to embed and sustain continuous improvement techniques
？ Being aware of the latest CI techniques by learning from other Plants and attending conferences/training courses
？ Developing and deliver CI training material applying a standardized principle across the sites
？ Creating a platform for sharing improvement ideas across the sites
？ Working with plant manager to develop and implement site strategy to achieve manufacturing excellence
？ Using Trifecta monthly to assess plant performance，and report to GMI.
？ Achieving quantifiable performance improvement and to track and report benefits
？ To ensure that all working practices over the plant comply with Health, Safety and environment legislation.
教育程度/工作经历/能力: Education /Experience/Capability Request
？ Bachelor degree in Food Engineer/Technology or Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
？ Importantly able to demonstrate continued learning and development throughout your career
？ At least 3 years manufacturing operations management experience
？ Strong leadership ,technical and supervisory skill

？ Good interpersonal and relationship
