Functional area / 工作职责：
- Responsible for project quotation 负责项目询价及报价；
Managing and tracking orders, inquiries, complaints and quotation 处理和跟踪报价,订单、查询、投诉；
Dealing with email and make the application of sales returns 处理邮件，申请退换货；
Answering the telephone, apply samples, UPS, product lend 负责接听电话，申请样品；
Assist Sales to solve other relevant matters 协助销售人员处理其他相关事项；
Coordinate other department 协调公司各个部门工作。
Requirements/任职要求：
- More than1 year working experience in related industry is preferred 有 1 年以上相关行业工作经验者优先；
Patient and careful, strong sense of responsibility 细致耐心,责任心强；
Proficiency with Microsoft office software especially Word & Excel, experience in ERP(SAP) system is preferred 熟悉办公软件尤其是 Word 及 Excel, 有 ERP 系统 (SAP)操作经验者优先；
Knowledge in logistics and trading 具有物流与贸易知识；
