岗位职责（本岗位为非开发方向）

1、愿意从事产品技术支持方向的工作，热爱研究技术。本岗位【不是开发岗】，【不是研发岗位】。

2、软件技术支持：为新客户提供相关软件技术支持，保证其最快完成产品测试，提升满意度，提高成功率；为老客户或最终用户提供技术支持服务，处理并解决用户遇到技术问题，提升客户满意度。

2、完善客户资料库管理工作，提高攻关的成功率。

3、制作相关技术指导手册、技术测试、技术评估、技术指导视频，并做好归档。

4、配合其他部门的工作，保证与其它部门之间的工作协调性。

任职要求

1、全日制本科以上学历。通过英语四六级以上，英语读写熟练。

2、熟悉Windows、Linux等操作系统；熟悉C++、C#、.net等开发语言；熟悉软件加密行业的产品及技术及应用特点。

3、对工作充满热情和强烈的责任感，能为保质准时地完成任务做出努力，能够积极面对并处理工作中出现的各种问题。

4、具有很强的学习能力，能够积极主动学习公司产品及技术，并且会尝试学习了解用户的产品及技术。

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Software technical support:  provide new customers with relevant software technical support to

ensure that they can complete product testing as soon as possible, improve satisfaction, 

and improve the success rate.

Provide professional support services for old customers or end-users to deal with and solve

technical problems encountered by users, increasing customer satisfaction.

2. Improve customer database management and increase the success rate of key research.

3. Make relevant technical instruction manuals, technical tests, technical assessments,

technical instruction videos.

4. Cooperate with the work of other departments to ensure the coordination work.

Qualification & Requirements

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above. Passed CET-4 or above, 

proficient in reading and writing English.

2. Familiar with Windows, Linux and other operating systems; familiar with C ++, C #, .net 

and other development languages; familiar with the products and technologies of software 

encryption industry and application characteristics.

3. Full of enthusiasm and a strong sense of responsibility for the work, can make efforts to 

complete the task on time with quality, and can deal with various problems 

arising in work actively.

4. Has a strong learning ability,  can actively learn the company's products and technologies. 

Will to understand the users' products and technologies.
