职位描述

  1. Strong hunter profile with a proven track record of success identifying and closing new business using consultative and collaborative multi-discipline team approach Demonstration of a consistent over-achievement of client acquisition and sales revenue targets
  2. Consistent professional network among large enterprises C Level contacts.
  3. Experience with proactive selling, RFP and RFI response orchestration
  4. Exceptional leadership/management skills and superb oral and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills
  5. Strong negotiation skills
  6. Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
  7. Minimum of five (5) years experience selling IT services for solving complex business problems, preferably working in a leading IT services and/or products firm.
  8. Good understanding of industry trends and ability to drive positive change in any business vertical via the latest technology solutions in Cloud, Digital, Big Data, Analytics, Core Software Engineering, Mobile, Legacy Modernization, Dev Ops, Agile, Automation and more
  9. Experience with evangelizing transformational ideas and building a vision for enterprise clients, leading to real long-term value via the use of advanced software engineering and technology consulting services
  10. Must be a team player - ability to interact with teammates and partners fairly, and respectfully; lead teams of highly skilled professionals on a deal basis; proactive / results-driven / strong problem solving skills
  11. Experience with vendor selection processes including RFI and RFP issuance and response management
  12. Understanding of customer decision making criteria as it pertains, consulting, enterprise solutions
  13. Ability to maintain strong sales management focus during sales cycles that are typically three to nine months in duration
  14. Demonstrated ability to manage often complex negotiations with senior-level business and technology executives
