Supplier Quality Engineer \ 质量工程师

Location工作地点: Shanghai \ 上海

Reporting to 汇报对象: Supplier Quality Manager 质量经理

Salary 薪水：Negotiable 面议

Responsibilities职位描述:

Purpose: Drive supplier capability & performance to ensure the quality of purchased products can meet specifications & requirements sustainably

目的：推动供应商的能力和性能,以确保采购产品的质量能满足规范和可持续的要求

Main responsibilities include but not limit: 主要职位描述

1. Conduct pre-shipment inspections (PSI) as required by business objectives & established schedule,and write inspection reports.

根据业务目标和既定的时间表进行预装运检查,并出具检验报告

2. Prepare & require supplier to provide re-work sheet & CAPA for defects or nonconformities detected during PSI.

供应商为在PSI期间发现的缺陷或不符合情况提供重新工作表和CAPA

3. Quality Audits

质量审核

4. Complaints Follow Up

客户投诉追踪

5. Collect required data. Upload related reports to designated website database.

收集必要的数据.上传相应的报告到数据库。

6. Other quality related tasks as assigned by management.

其他与质量相关的工作

Qualifications 岗位条件:

1. College graduate with technical/engineering background.

大学专科或者以上学历

2. Good written and oral communicating in English.

良好的书面及日常英语交流能力

3. Microsoft Office, especially MS-Excel,MS-Word etc.

熟悉应用办公软件

4. At least 3 years experiences of QMS audit experience on medical industry is required

至少3年以上的医疗行业的QMS 审核经验

5. Familiar with EN ISO 13485 & MDD/MDR;

熟悉EN ISO 13485 & MDD/MDR

6. Having experience of Pre-shipment inspections on medical industry;

有医疗行业预装船验货的经验

7. Willing to travel 2-3 days per week.

愿意每周出差2-3天

8. Must be an independent/efficient worker capable of conducting inspections.

能够独立高效的完成工作

9. Candidate should possess a strong work ethic, have rigor and be detail oriented. Punctual, Organized, Responsible.
