1. 预付款的审核及发票的追踪　Prepayment check and invoice follow up.　

2.根据公司会计制度，审核PR及PO付款的申请及入帐，做到帐证相符　Check PR/PO payment application & invoice post according to accounting policy. Keep PR/PO/invocie matched 

3.每周根据系统付款到期情况做付款预测　Do payment forecast weekly according to system bookkeeping.　

4.根据现金预测安排付款，跟进及反馈付款情况，并清帐　apply payment accoding to cash flow forecast ,and clear AP after payment settled.　

5.与公司内部联系付款需求，与银行联系付款安排，　Contact with internal dept. for payment demand, contact with bank for payment arrangement.　

6.协助维护标准成本计算　Ssupport for standard cost verification and maintenance　

7.负责总帐费用的计提，　Responsible foraccrual expense booking.　

8.负责每月资产负债科目明细清理，　Responsible for breakdow clear of B&S accounts per month　

9.负责开具销项发票，扫描进项发票;　Responsible for output VAT invoice issue and input VAT scan　

10.上级主管安排的其他工作。　Other job assigned by superior.　

任职要求 Requirement:　　　　　　　　　　

1.财务专业大学专科或以上学历，　Colleage  degree or above in Accounting / Finance .　

2.熟悉中国企业会计准则，　Be familiar with P.R.C GAAP.　

3.至少有1-2年财务会计相关工作经验 ，外资企业优先考虑　At least 1-2 year finance accountant experience in manufacturing environment,preferred in foreign invested companies.

4.良好的英文读写能力，　Good English in reading and writing;　

5.良好的电脑及办公软件的运用，　Good Computer, Microsoft Office and Excel skills.　

6.勤奋，吃苦耐劳，积极，团队精神　Hardworking, diligent, initiative and  good teamwork spirit.　

7. 好的沟通能力，有上进心，有一定的抗压能力。　Good communication skills ，self motivated,be able to take pressure
