Position Responsibilities

l Lead customer audits and ensure excellent customer communication

l Approve all quality documents related to the lab, included non-conformances, change control, procedures and qualification / validation documents and ensure they are consistent with our activities and quality policy

l Define and maintain our quality policy & tools - Lab, Maintenance and Calibration - and set direction for future

l Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level

l Be responsible for regulatory monitoring for aseptic processing, validation and cGMP rules applicable to the lab. Inform relevant teams about these modifications or updates and lead implementation of changes if applicable. Maintain informations in a shared location

l Lead an optimisation program based on Green Belt methodology or others and work closely with the lab supervisor to improve quality, reduce cost and implement new tests in the lab

l Define and maintain on a monthly base appropriate quality indicators and action plans

Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements

l Bachelor or above

l Intermediate level position requires understanding of the general and technical aspects of the job.

l Over 2 years of experience on QA in pharmaceutical company

l Assignments are moderately complex, where judgment is required in solving problems and making recommendations.

l May involve choosing from two or more pre-defined alternative courses of action.

l Works under general supervision, with some instruction given for routine work and detailed instructions for new types of work or special projects.

l Good interpersonal and communication skills

l Can customer-focused and work independently

l Good execution, integrity and teamwork are definitely required.

l Passion and self motivated

l Can communicate in English
