ACCOUNTABILITY:

Do lab compounding experiments to ensure fast and efficient of compounding product development.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role is a member of the AP compounding development team. He /she is expected to support lab compounding work for new product development. Regular lab safety management and work-related facility maintenance

Operate extruder to prepare compounding sample. Do the experiments as required. Inject sheet and extrude film for more test.

Be responsible for regular mechanical test, FTIR, DSC and other related tests.

Be responsible for lab safety management.

Be responsible for work-related facility maintenance.

regularly make presentation within RD team to share key findings and progress, documentatio of lab work.

Build knowledge of compounding recipe and process design.



REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

Education Background:

chemical related major. Polymer is preferred. At least associate degree.



Technical Skills:

At least 2 years’ experience of operating extruder. Additional injection molding experience is preferred.

Good logical mind. have strong practical ability and good solution of problems.

have strong responsibility and cooperation with team.

have basic computer operation skills and English communication skills.
