Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

? Establish a service-centric supply chain team founded on leading philosophies, skills, technology and results. Ensure that best practices are implemented and aligned to overall China Supply Chain and Service strategies.
? Driving common processes, disciplines, systems and metrics across the team.
? Leading and facilitating collaboration between service and supply chain functions to maximize serviceability while balancing inventory investment and operating expense.
? Implementing effective use of ERP (SAP) to enable best practice operating efficiencies.
? Utilize and refine a robust array of key performance indicators (KPI) to monitor and drive performance and continuous improvement
? Good Main and Remote Warehouse management, keeping accurate and efficient stock management.
? Good transportation management, keeping the good delivery situation to all customers.
? Maintain ideal inventory level in both main and remote WH by good plan and inventory analysis regularly.
? Monitor the good purchase activity to keep the timely parts delivery from supplier
? Monitor the service level to all external and internal customers to reach the target and keep constant improvement
? Monitor all the service logistics process and action by means of KPI to keep constant improvement.
? Be responsible for oracle project for service
? Other assignments that can be seen as necessary.
Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Business Management, Supply Chain / Logistics or related field is required.

Other: CPSM (Certified Supply Chain Management), CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) certification preferred.

Experience Qualifications:

? Progressive responsibilities in all areas of Supply Chain including (but not limited to) planning / procurement and distribution operations.
? Strong analytical and financial and skills required to succeed.
? 5-8 years of supply chain management experience including operations experience (preferably in service operation)
? Ability to quickly establish credibility across divisions and to engage and influence others to ensure the most effective and efficient solutions for service
? Must be systems savvy and have had experience in ERP/planning systems.
? Must have a successful track record of coaching, teaching, and developing the skills and motivation necessary to reach superior levels of performance.
? Must have experience in managing KPIs to be able to benchmark, track, and continuously improve overall performance.
? Must have good English skills (both written and oral).
