职位描述：
1. 熟悉RFQ文档，包括基本技术参数和商务条款，搭建机械及设备采购的业务框架；
2. 通过供应商及报价删选和评估保证项目执行流程，持续性地开展采购成本优化；
3. 通过有效的协商技巧优化合同的付款条款，服务条款，权利义务，和保障条款；
4. 执行商务类服务业务采购（包括保险和交通）
5. 协同质量部持续性开展供应商审核
6. 开发新供应商资源同时反复优化采购成本
任职资格：
1. 两年以上采购经验，本科以上学历，机械、自动化或控制专业优先
2. 熟练操作office软件（Word，excel）
3. 良好的沟通能力，协商能力和独立解决问题的能力
4. 有能力与国际团队协同合作
