JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    

• As a key member of the Marketing team to participate in marketing strategy & plan developing and setting
• Manage, track and adjust department budgets and operational goals via data collection and analysis
• Initiate and execute PR /digital / social campaign for new season or thematic projects/events along with national marketing Hub
• Take ownership in marketing product launch events to have well organization and implementation with support from internal cross function teams and external agencies
• Participate in sales promotion plan setting and be responsible for communication/ problem solving between marketing team and sales team in promotion implementation
• In charge of coordination of the interior work of the department, the assignment, supervision and management of the temporary works
• Establish media contact and maintain relationship to maximize product and brand exposure
• Management of vendor : PR and Event agency
• Collaborate with different department to well implement communication activities (ex. New launch event / local presentation, branding events, etc)
• Build up and maintain good relationships with KOLs, celebrities etc. to well increasing the brand notoriety
• Support attraction to develop, design and implement the proper working process to have good cooperation with OTA team, external partners and internal functional teams
• Closely work with online sales team to improve customer online experience as well as web sales via multi channels including social media, online 3rd party platform, official website and so on

    

    

    

REQUIREMENTS:

    

• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to set, review, maintain and track budgets
• Experience in managing external vendors on their performance
• Evidential experience in delivering sales to budget
• A good understanding of Marketing activities influence on business
• An ability to communicate clearly and concisely with authority in both Chinese and English
