岗位职责:

Responsibilities:
？ Professionalism and positive work attitude
？ Provides total patient care and individual patient needs in conformance with standards of nursing practice.
？ Observes and documents pertinent information that reflects the patient’s clinical condition, with respect to the entire human being.
？ Maintains accurate and complex records of nursing observations and care.
？ Performs or supervises treatment and administers medications as required.
？ Supervise and coaching lower level nurses to ensure clinic working flow runs smoothly
？ Assumes responsibility for keeping plans, implementation and evaluations of nursing care
？ Provide health teaching and education to student /family and teachers
？ Deliver primary care concept among student and staffs and implement *** program
？ Provide OTC medicine according to patient’s condition if necessary.
？ Transfer patient to BJU or nearest hospital if patient’s condition is beyond of scope of service by ambulance.
？ Maintains the defined school’s policies and procedures.
？ Keeps abreast of current nursing trends and continuing education opportunities.
？ Provide necessary vaccination information to parents and teachers
？ To do the onsite investigation per school scheduling
？ Maintains effective communication between school and united health care facilities.
？ Provide medical support for school sport event and activities.
