• Studies in engineering, management or MBA.
• At least 5 years of experience in oil & gas trade market and operations
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping laws &regulations.

Work Activities

Planning

• Market watch &reviews, trade set up implementation and its monitor

• Develop/maintain supplier or customer relationships
• Identify and analyze opportunities or develop channels for purchase or sale of commodities
• Familiar with paper market & Hedging

Executing

• Updating the available cargoes, monitoring of logistics and commercials.
• Negotiating the buying or selling prices at optimal levels and recap negotiation
• Interaction with all Trade enquiries
• Participation in tenders, manages purchase/sales orders, Recaps and contracts, controlling shipping/ import/export documents
• Follow up any potential purchase and sales opportunities
• Compile and analyses trade statistics and data to improve a trade marketing strategy.

Controlling

• Ensure the smooth flow of trade activities e.g. suppliers’ side, logistics, forwarding, customer’s side, from origin to destination in line with rules and regulations

• Marketing, purchase, logistics and sales.
