职位描述

Major Responsibilities

  1. Manage account management team; timely and quality deliverables.
  2. Manage account management team members growth and development within the team
  3. Review project pipeline and translate to team resourcing and planning and priorities
  4. Evaluating internal business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  5. Ensuring the AM team can report accurately progress/milestones on projects to both external and internal clients. Improve reporting templates with TQ and ensure quality content
  6. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and translating to team performance and client experience.
  7. Working closely with Project Managers, Account executives, and area directors.
  8. Ensuring client and CEA expectations are aligned and clients are always aware of the project status. Closely monitor management of High Value Customer portfolios and when needed be a client point of escalation
  9. Monitoring deliverables/milestones and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  10. Oversee all the projects
  11. Support up-sale and pre-sales collaborating with sales team
  12. Support communication with PO team over MD budget
  13. Oversee and ensure timely invoice triggering
  14. Train new AM team members
  15. Participate in training of sales team
  16. Represent AM in cross department collaboration
  17. Participate in QBRs with HVCs
  18. Manage and support complicated projects that involve multiple manufacturing locations, outstanding quality issues, demanding clients, multiple CEA business units
  19. Ensure implementation of NPS strategy
  20. Hiring and onboarding of new team members for Account Managemen

Qualifications/Requirements:

  1. To exhibit the following traits at a minimum: Professional, positive attitude, respectful, organized and focused, goal oriented, collaborative and resourceful.
  2. Physically based out of Shanghai or the western US to enable supporting a schedule that interacts with team members located mainly in China (Shanghai), Europe and US.
  3. Fluent in English (requires excellent writing skills in English, ie excellent grammar).
  4. Ability to communicate (speak concisely and eloquently) in English (Chinese speaking is a big plus and ability for occasional translation Chinese- English is a plus)
  5. A bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  6. A minimum of 2 years experience as a technical account manager delivering work to a client or a related project management field. A minimum of 2 years as team leader managing multiple people. (Multi time zone support will be required). An electrical/solar engineering background is a plus.
  7. Able to recognize 98% of inline production monitoring issues based on pictures and module type
  8. Understand 95% of the manufacturing process including internal lab testing and external lab testing for 90% of mainstream products
  9. Be able to handle 98% of client inquiries
  10. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills (translate complex ideas into succinct written documents)
  11. The ability to influence stakeholders and SME’s and work closely with them to agree on acceptable solutions.
  12. Manage AM team communication and collaboration inside CEA
  13. Manage the net promoter score metric for CEA clients receiving operations work
  14. Be aware of all the market trends and technologies
  15. Understand internal procedures, know who is responsible for what in the company
  16. Manage AM team internal process flows and action plans
  17. Excellent documentation skills.
  18. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  19. Ability to be a trainer for AM processes to other company groups (AM ambassador).
  20. Competency (demonstrated) in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint.
  21. Knowledge of the Wechat functionality (preferred)
  22. A track record of following through on commitments.
  23. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  24. A must: to effectively work remotely (self starter)
  25. Solar industry experience (preferred).
