Scope:

Responsible for achieving operation excellence through working jointly with 3PL initiating improvement activities and secure implementation as such. It includes but not limits only to warehouse operation, delivery, return/exchange handling, customer clearance.

Job Summary:

This role is to support Ass. Operation Manager with logistics expertise knowledge and process improvement skills to achieve excellence in running operations and continuous improvement.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

• Follow up customer order fulfilment status with 3PL and logistics/cs team.

• Initiating warehouse operation improvement activities and secure implementation together with 3PL.

• Manage and improve customs clearance and return/exchange activities.

• Resolve operational issues with the 3PL, including any system interfacing issues.

• Update operational reports (weekly and monthly) .

• Create and update SOPs / Work Instructions for warehouse operation related processes when required.

• Make sure operational guidelines and processes are fully implemented including normal inbound receiving/ outbound and product return/exchange.

• Data analysis and present in a simple way.

• Contribute to warehouse automation project as WMS Subject Matter Expert.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong warehouse management knowledge

• Strong process improvement knowledge and skills

• Proficient in data analysis and process mapping.

• Knowledge in Oracle or SAP ERP system and WMS systems.

• Good presentation skills.

• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently will be an advantage.

Work Environment:

• 60% in warehouse, 40% in office

Experience:

• 3-5 years warehouse operation experience in consumer or medical company will be first priority

• WMS superuser experience or warehouse automation project leader/support experience is preferred

Education:

• University degree or above
