岗位职责：

1.通过在线方式（QQ，MSN等），为客户提供服务，解决客户问题
2.管理与回复客户在购买商品后对商品进行的评论
3.审单、虚库、催款管理，核对订单信息并对有漏洞订单进行跟踪
4.及时的处理虚拟库存订单，处理超时未到货的虚拟库存订单，并及时反馈给相应产品经理并安抚客户
5.电话联系超时客户未支付的订单，确认客户需求，提醒客户支付订单
6.解答客户以邮件及传真的方式所提出的问题
7.及时处理CS在系统中生成的退款订单（包括订单、RMA单、物流拒收、退票、异常等产生的退款），并及时检验完毕后提交主管审核
8.处理订单的售后问题及退换货等事项
9.负责决定返修品的处理方法，联系、跟踪返修进度
10.处理客户的投诉，安抚客户的情绪
11.及时有效处理客户提出的问题及要求，收集客户提供的宝贵意见
12.对投诉进行分类与统计，并将结果反馈以便改进

任职要求：

1.大专以上学历，呼叫中心一年以上经验
2.思路清晰，普通话标准，有服务意识
3.善于发现和解决问题，有良好的反馈习惯
4.有电子商务相关经验优先
5.此岗位需要翻班
