岗位职责：
1.熟悉物流工作的流程及市场情况，对电商企业、传统物流及第三方管理有较深刻的理解
2.能够根据公司的战略发展计划和市场实际情况，制订符合合资公司实际情况的物流发展规划
3.善于沟通及团队合作，能够通过月各个部门的深度协作共同提高工作/服务效率以及客户满意程度
4.能够通过各种内部外部渠道获取市场信息和数据，有效的进行分析以提高物流服务整体方案
5.围绕市场情况和公司的定位，制订和完善物流服务人员的作业体系标准
6.代表物流部门在部门经理会上汇报工作情况，并将反馈有效传递到部门并确保有效执行
7.协调与公司其他部门的事务并争取支持，确保与几名外籍总监的沟通顺畅及有效性
8.推动及加强对第三方服务商的管理，拓展新的供应商及新的服务形式，确保合资公司的最大权益
9.有计划的深入物流操作一线及市场同类物流企业，向管理层及各部门提出切合实际的改进意见
10.按计划走访松江仓库、第三方服务合作方等，掌握第一手资料。

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，电子商务、物流管理专业，三年以上工作经验
2.有一线管理经验，最好有留学背景
3.有市场营销，财务，经济学，物流管理经验优先
4.英语听说读写熟练
5.良好的团队协作能力、客服能力及销售技巧
6.能够明确客户需求，并据此进行分站管理
7.善于建立及维护重要业务关系
