1. 深入了解客户行业市场情况，洞悉所负责行业、核心客户及其竞争对手的信息及动态，为客户提供专业的战略性品牌数字营销方案及整合传播建议；

2. 积极与客户进行深度沟通，准确理解、把握和挖掘客户需求；

3. 带领并引导团队的策略思考、消费者洞察，制定客户年度和各阶段性的传播方案，包含整体策略，营销传播，正式提案跟进及项目执行等；

4. 把控团队的出品方案，监控方案的执行落地，确保项目进度和执行效果，提升客户服务品质，保证客户满意度并实现客户营销目标***化；

5. 能独立进行多个中大型项目的统筹执行，整合公司资源，负责团队的工作安排及进展的管理，并在执行中保证团队的效率和效果；同时协调公司各部门之间的工作进度及质量，***化完成客户的需求；

6. 在确保项目执行效果的前提下，争取优化项目利润，按照计划落实回款，并合理控制团队费用和项目成本；

7. 组建与管理高效团队，负责团队成员的业绩表现、发展规划，挖掘与培养有潜力的人才;提升团队凝聚力，保持团队以效率为前提的稳定性。

基本要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，8年以上广告公司相关经验，4A优先；

2. 具备全面的客户管理技能以及优秀的带领团队能力；

3. 积极主动，目标明确，坚持不懈，谈判能力强；

4. 优秀的沟通和表达能力。能够有效地说服和影响他人；

5. 英语熟练，能作为日常工作语言。
