PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
－Work independently as mechanical engineer to execute all mechanical related project activities, especially pressure vessels and/or rotating equipment;
－Provide mechanical support for other engineering disciplines.
－Perform engineering design and prepare specifications for vessels. columns, tanks, heat exchangers, and rotating equipment;
－Participate in piping design review for packaged equipment;
－Evaluate vendors quotations and conduct technical clarifications;
－Review vendor drawings and documents.
－Follow up with vender to ensure timely delivery of the purchased equipment as per the purchasing requisition
－Check compliance of mechanical design with international codes and practices, and customer specifications, as well as local requirement in specific asian countries.
－QA/QC inspection for mechanical equipment or piping.
－Any other work as required by the Management

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求
－Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
－Minimum 5 years of mechanical design and QA/QC experience in relevant field.
－Experience in international code and local requirement for pressure vessel and piping in Asian countries, eg China, Japan or Korea.
－Experience and knowledge in mixer, extruder, pelletizer in high pressure, high viscosity, and other solid handling equipment is added advantage.
－Project management experience including procurement, vender management, cost control and scheduling is added advantage.
