Responsibilites:

·Work in a team environment and assist with the various activities of the assigned disciplines
·Apply the knowledge of instrument and process control in our chemical plants. Assist instrumental technicians in daily maintenance work.
·Take part in projects. Realize the projects’ operation mode. Study project team structure. Take over some responsibility of E&I work, e.g. E&I design discussion, material purchasing, field installation, commissioning, document preparing.
·Conduct internal and external research to contribute innovative and continuous improvement ideas (technology, cost/benefit, team needs etc.) within the function.
·Develop a global mind-set by forming professional networks within the global Technical Service organization
·Participate in recommended training and development programs
·Ability to learn from experiences and adjust as needed

·Rotate and develop within the first two years across Technical Service Center, production plants and production related service departments in Greater China.

Requirements:
1.Undergraduate or Graduate degree with one of the following majors:  Industrial Automation, Control Theory and Control Technology, Electrical and Automation Systems, Process Control or other related majors
2.Strong desire to expand knowledge and use it in practice
3.work in a team environment
4.high problems-solving ability
5.Excellent communication skills.
6.Very good command of English,
7.Good skills in MS office, AutoCad, PLC or DCS system software
8.Affinity for technology and digitalization
9.Ability to embrace change
