1)Position Focus:职位概要:
制定并实施质量控制计划，实现公司质量目标。
Set up and implement quality control plan to meet the company quality target
2) Job Specific Comments:工作内容
建立健全质量部
Establish and improve the quality department
设立，实施和不断提高质量的政策和制度（TS16949 ＆ISO 14000等）
Establish, implement and continuously improve the quality policy and system (TS16949 & ISO14000)
界定各种内部审计的时间表，保证有效地执行
Set up internal audit time schedule and ensure implementation effectively
训练和培养高素质的工作人员
Training and cultivating high quality staff
供应商的质量控制和发展
Control and improve supplier’s quality
实施质量管理体系
Implement quality management system
负责所有质量相关问题，客户/供应商和内部的，
Responsible for all quality related problem, customer/supplier and internal
其他任务
Other tasks
3) Management Scope:管理范围
SQE, Inspection, Quality Systems (i.e. ITAF16949, ISO14000, ISO 18000), lab.
4) Education:教育
理工科专业本科以上学历
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience major in science and engineering
5) Skills技能
熟悉公司的工艺工序、工作原理与机理，具备亲自动手操作能力；
Familiar with processes and operating principle, have Hands-on operation ability
熟练掌握公司产品及生产工艺技术应用方面的知识；
Familiar with company product and knowledge of production process application
熟悉国际质量体系专业知识；
Familiar with international quality system knowledge
具有迅速排解工艺质量问题的能力；
Ability of solving process quality problem immediately
良好的英文阅读与理解能力。
Good English reading and comprehensive ability
6) Experience:经验
8年以上的质量管理工作经验
