Job Description:

1.       Provide professional manufacturing consulting and design services in focused industries (machining, electronics, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, etc.); Mainly focus on manufacturing processes, traditional business models to digital transformation: such as order manufacturing, closed-loop manufacturing, closed-loop quality, flexible manufacturing, etc. Plan different levels of transformation, from the business level to the application level to the technical specifications.

2.       Be responsible for the whole project cycle after the start of the project; lead project teams to deliver high quality consulting results that meet even exceed clients‘ satisfaction; Plan projects systematically, organize internal and external resources, communicate with both external clients and internal project teams, and control projects to ensure time, cost and quality.

3.       Act as a supervisory consultant for clients in the establishment of the project implementation process, including quality gate checking, technical recommendations and integration test plans.

 

Job Requirements:

1.       8-15 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the automotive, electronics, aerospace, and mechanical processing industries.

2.       Have experience as a key MES system user or requirements manager or have MES project experience. Experience of APS, WMS, SCADA, IOT technology, etc. is preferred.

3.       Have consulting skills, including enterprise architecture design, interviews, assessments, VSA/VSD, root-cause analysis, data analysis and process engineering experience.

4.       Have ability to think systematically to understand, disaggregate and summarize issues on business, application and technology.

5.       Have ability of project management and be able to plan, organize resources, control, report and manage risk from a project perspective.

6.       Have good communication skills with both external customers and internal teams and good interpersonal management skills.

7.       Candidates with related credentials of Lean, 6 Sigma, TOGAF, PMP, etc. are preferred.

8.       Acceptance of frequent travel requirements and written English is preferred.

9.       Master's degree or above, majored in industrial engineering, systems engineering, logistics, computer science, electrical engineering and other related fields.
