1. QL SOP integration and implement.

    QL店铺的加强管理和规范。

• Collate QL standard operation process of China QL store.
  

       规范中国QL store的QL标准操作流程。

• Integrate VIOC knowhow and China actual situation, localize QL SOP for practical using. 整合VIOC的专业知识和中国的实际情况，本地化QL的SOP以供实际使用。
  
• Keep optimizing QL SOP according to actual operation and management feedback.
  

      根据实际操作和管理反馈，持续优化QL SOP。

• Participate in China QL Excellent Program and help partners execute the program.
  

      参与中国QL优秀项目并帮助合作伙伴执行项目。

2. QL JV store supervise and business support.

   QL合资商店的监督和业务支持。

• Support and supervise JV daily work and development, coordinate the resource of partners .

       支持和监督合资公司的日常工作和发展，协调合作伙伴的资源.

• Collate and analysis operation data from QL stores, use smart and flexible method to help and boost partner stores keep improving sales performance and service level.
  

       整理和分析QL门店运营数据，灵活灵活的帮助和促进合作门店持续提升销售业绩和服务水平。

• Support new business and project development and communication with potential partners.

      支持新业务和项目开发，与潜在合作伙伴进行沟通。

• Franchise model business development and support.
  

       特许经营模式的业务发展和支持。

3. Data analysis and internal communication.

    数据分析及内部沟通。

• Collect and analyse QL and JV sales data, support team to present QL development state and actual performance.
  

      收集和分析QL和合资公司的销售数据，支持团队并展示QL的发展状况和实际业绩。

• Enhance internal/external communication with support teams and venders, help QL team get maximal resource from inside/outside.

       加强与支持团队和供应商的内部/外部沟通，帮助QL团队从内部/外部获得***的资源。

>1 year on assistant experience in auto or parts industry.

至少一年以上汽车或汽车零部件行业相关从业经验。

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies专业技能及职业素养：

· Fluent English in spoken and written.

  英语书面及口语良好。

· Good communication and presentation skills.

   良好的沟通及宣讲技能。

· Good problem Solving and Analysis skills.

   良好的问题分析及解决能力。

· Be good at data analysis.

   较强的数据分析能力。
