1.       Development and management of department procurement plans. Develop and support procurement projects and programs to achieve business & functional goals and promote continuous improvement of processes;

2.       Develop the supplier according to company needs including marketing or sales needs, manage supplier relationships to achieve continuous improvements to increase benefits to the company;

3.       To develop negotiation strategies for the key samples and services in the sampling center and lead or participate in negotiation process for the relevant products. Make recommendations in regards to supplier selection, development and performance in support of the plants;

4.       Control budgets and costs for marketing tools or other products;

5.       Manage process to secure and update information on volume, cost requirements, supplier capability and competitive intelligence.

6.       Fulfill other tasks assigned by superior.

任职条件：

1.       University graduate or above;

    

2.       Good communication skills and negotiation tactics;

    

3.       English and Chinese proficiency;

    

4.       Strong sense of compliance;

    

5.       Computer skills;

    

大学本科及以上学历；

    

良好的沟通技巧和谈判技能；

    

中英文表达流利；

    

具有很强的合规意识；

    

熟悉电脑办公软件。
