Title: Construction Project Manager / Costing Manager / Design Manager 零售店开店项目经理/成本控制经理/设计经理

A leading fashion retailer.

Location: Shanghai

- 3 to 5 construction projects / year.

- Coordinate with other dept like Expansion/Legal/General Service/Finance etc.

- Follow up the construction process.

- Compare the tender offers, participate in analysis the cost and cost negotiation. Work on cost control, assistant on choosing the qualified Contractor.

- Project Additional cost checking.

- Overall project coordination.

- Administration related to the construction projects.

Requirements, skills and abilities:

- Fluent speaking and written both Chinese and English

- Good communication skills / great own initiative / strong leadership

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Planner, PowerPoint, Outlook and AutoCad

- Flexible to work in a office and to travel across our construction locations in China when required

- Previous construction management experience or similar in construction is a must.

- Engineer or Architect background is to prefer.
