Job Title: National Retail Manager/Regional Sales Manager for Luxury Brand (奢侈品牌零售经理/区域销售经理)

Location: Shanghai/Beijing 上海/北京

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead & motivate Regional Managers to deliver the retail objectives & financial & non-financial targets. Cultivate team spirit and ensure operations staff delivers their commitments;
2. Develop profitable, efficient and effective retail strategies in order to control and oversee the P/L for China Retail operations;
3. Review, improve and maintain all operational procedures & standardize management controls to enhance quality service & productivity. To redesign the retail policies & procedures for improvement and better efficiency/effectiveness as & when needed;
4. Enhance company brand values through maintaining and ensuring all stores meet company standard & follow visual merchandising guidelines;
5.To work closely with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising Managers to plan and take necessary steps to have optimum stock levels, appropriate merchandise mix and correct inventory control ; maintain inventory discrepancies at the lowest possible level;
6.Offer direction & input to the marketing team in developing marketing and promotional plans and ad-hoc activities to drive retail traffic/sales;

Job Requirements:

1.Degree holder in business related discipline with at least 8 years of experience at a senior management level in premium luxury fashion industry, FMCG industry could be considered
2.Experience in international brands are preferable;
3.Rich knowledge of Department Stores and Shopping Malls mapping in China, rental methods, cost structure of a brand only store and operation process,
4.Must have experience of opening new stores and development in a certain territory
5.Strategic thinking, familiar with P&L
6.Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
7.Strong management skill, good team player
8.Hands on, hard working and more importantly, ability to work under pressure
