To coordinate customer retention programme, act as the bridge between VF SHA and EI/SHA to close monitor the shipments in each steps handling by Expeditors.

1. Act as In-house resource on VF SHA for Customs operation support, not limited to COO application.
2. 100% comply with government and VF policy and regulation on import and export.
3. Support on import Customs clearance, especially for collecting relevant declaration documents.
4. Support on import recordkeeping collecting and verification.
5. Coordinate and communicate with all support function.
6. To take up additional tasks as required meeting the departmental needs.
