Job Description:
You will report directly to leading consultant
你将直接汇报给团队顾问

Your main responsibilities are:
* to research and collect the required information of the industry and the talent market,
研究和收集需要的行业及人才信息
* to approach potential candidates in the market and maintain the data base by fresh status,
初步接触市场上的潜在候选人，获取信息并更新至公司数据库
* to conduct interviews with potential candidates and access the candidates' general qualifications,
协调候选人的面试，初步评估候选人的资历
* Search candidate by but not limited cold call, website, datebase according to case and consultant requirements
根据顾问及项目的要求，通过但不仅仅限于陌生电话，人才网站及数据库搜寻候选人
* Any possible conmmunication with candidates assigned y consultant
任何顾问交付的其他的更候选人的沟通工作
* Other tasks by team 团队交付的其他工作
Position Requirements
* 非常热爱并理解猎头行业，喜欢跟陌生人打交道并建立良好的沟通及合作关系
* associate or above degree.
大专以上学历
* a self-starter and sense to all the information in the market with analytical acumen.
自我推动者，喜欢收集行业及市场信息
* excellent coordination and communication skills and high team-work spirit.
非常好的沟通能力和团队工作能力
* persisting, self-timing and result-oriented
结果导向，时间管理
* good command of English both in written and spoken.

Oasis Executive Searching Group targets on manager and more senior position with package budget mostly between RMB400K ~ 1 million per year.
