Job Scope:
1. Support RAFI Electronics and lead the transformation into a Six Sigma Organization focusing on developing a sustaining skill level.

2. Coordinate with RAFI other sites to carry out some 6 Sigma projects to fulfill business targets and meet customer requirements.

3. Coach the necessary personnel on knowledge of 6 Sigma.

Education and skill required:
1. Certified 6 Sigma Green Belt

2. College degree

3. English language skills is preferred.

4. Good interpersonal skills.

Experience required:
1. Experience of planning, implementing and leading a 6 Sigma project.

2. Coaching experience on knowledge of 6 Sigma.
