工作职责：

1. 根据公司要求做好店务管理工作包括店员管理、商品陈列、仓储货品管理等。
2. 对店铺员工进行业务、客户服务等全方位的培训与辅导。
3. 带领店铺员工完成每月营销任务。

职位要求：

1. 营销、管理或相关专业大专以上学历。
2. 年龄30-40岁。
3. 在知名品牌服装专卖店担任过2年以上店长或助理店长的职务。
4. 能迅速理解公司政策及运作程序，并能准确执行。
5. 具有良好的沟通能力、领导能力以及培训员工的能力。
6. 具有良好的客户服务理念与丰厚的客服服务技巧。
