Job Responsibilities:
1. Research, draft and write reports, proposals and correspondence.
2. Process incoming & outgoing emails and documents.
3. Maintain and coordinate GM's major meetings and company's important affairs.
4. Arrange transportation & accommodation for GM and other staff in the office.
5. Perform other related duties as sorting, filing, posting, placing telephone calls, translating/interpreting, typing and etc.
6. Process the working visa, working card for GM as well as deal with overseas visa for office staff.
7. Track the attendance of office staff.
8. Other administrative job in the office.

Job Requirements:
1. University degree major in Secretary, Administration, English and Business is a preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years related working experience in MNC or representative office.
3. Be good at communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong sense of service, quick-response and highly efficient working style.
5. Good command of English, both oral and written.
