Responsibility: responsible for managing activities and SHO/Retail procurement team (procurement and supply chain specialists) to support goods procurement process from nominated suppliers. Also supporting coordination with HQ import department and employees in ShO (Retail and Group): logistic manager, retail merchandiser and accountant making sure that goods for Ostin retail in China ordered and shipped on-time and in-full.

Duties:
1. Responsible for coordination of Order Placement Timing according to Bulk Specifications/POs issued by HQ in Moscow and received from HQ import managers according to Company Business Calendar.
2. Involved in writing up contracts and the terms of sales.
3. Managing the procurement supplier relationships for the company.
4. Regularly discussing with procurement specialists on Contract, payment and shipment issues.
5. Continuously monitoring and improving performance on Bulk orders placement and delivery.
6. Monitoring delivery times to ensure they are on time.
7. Controlling the purchasing budget.
8. Monitoring resolving disputes and claims with suppliers.
9. Monitoring "goods to CDC delivery" status.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree and above in business, management and related majors.
2. At least 8 years purchasing experience in garment industry and 3 years experience in managerial position.
3. Related experience in garment retail is a must.
4. Good command of English both in speaking and writing.
