DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process customer order:Enter into ERP system, confirm pricing and availability, acknowledge receipt and acceptance to customer
Liaise with plant production planners regularly on open orders. Adjust orders as needed
Arrange and communicate shipping details directly with customers
Create necessary documentation for importing and exporting product as necessary
Perform month-end closing duties in a timely fashion
Work with finance to make sure all invoices are correct such that the customer gets accurate information and pays on time
Acquire forecasts from customers at least once each month, update planning documents on server and make adjustments to inventory needs
Provide prompt response and quick resolution to customer and vendor inquiries
Manage quarterly reconciliation of warehouse invoice and ERP data
When necessary, visit customers for meeting regarding forecasting, ordering, communication, shipping or other issue
Maintain clear and efficient communication directly with customers regarding any matter that comes through the Customer Service Department


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills- verbal and written
Attention to detail and accuracy
ERP/MRP program experience
Microsoft Excel and Word experience
Proficient oral and written English skills as well as local language
Import and export of product
