上海制造公司专业从事各类运输类空调冷藏设备的生产和销售,包括客车空调,货车冷藏和半挂车冷藏及集装箱冷藏设备。


Responsibilities


1. Establish strategies and programs to proactively identify EH&S hazards and risks and develop plans to eliminate or control

2. Update and issue policies, procedures and employee communications on EH&S

3. Update and deploy standard safe work practices for SCT service operations

4. Provide leadership and oversight for EH&S integration activities for all new acquisitions in SCT

5. Conduct periodical EH&S audits; audit compliance to UTC/Carrier policies and procedures and regulatory requirements; evaluate effectiveness of EH&S programs

6. Collect EHS data and report metrics for the business.

7. Track EHS related Assurance Review or Program Evaluation audit, corrective and preventive action plans to ensure timely completion.

8. Responsible of daily management including selection of the facilities and tool application of purchasing, repairs and maintenances

9. To make, execute and manage the contracts of site renting and using the water, electricity and gas.

10. To sign the safety agreement for the small contracting projects, and manage the checking and acceptance on the project sites.

11. To provide safety trainings to new staffs, make safe operation processes for each post and check the execution.

12. Responsible of purchasing, giving out and management of the occupational safety items, and the management of the fire control, flood prevention and typhoon prevention of the company.

Qualification/Experience

1. Education: 4 year university degree in occupational / industrial safety, environmental sciences or equivalent.

2. Experience: 7-10 years EHS experience with proven track record in improving safety performance in a multinational company.

3. This position requires a high level of initiative and judgment and ability to make decisions relative to program implementation.

4. Successful applicants will possess excellent analytical and interpersonal skills

5. Knowledge of EHS management systems and local EHS regulations required.

6. Good team work spirit and great communication skills are a must

7. Strong self-management and self motivation skills are required

8. Fluency in English required.
