Our client is a very famous supplier of automotive safety systems, owned by Japan and her products "airbag" and "seat belt" are always stay ahead in the world. Now, our client has annual sales of more than 4 billion US dollars, with 35,000 employees in the world and owns 46 factories and R&D centers in 17 countries.
Responsibility:
1. Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes in industrial plant by performing the following duties.
2. Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.
3. Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
4. Confers with planning and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
5. Confers with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards.
6. Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
7. Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
8. Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
9. Manufactory product line report check & analysis.
10.System assembly issue root cause analysis & push owner for fix plan & action.
11.Product line test/check methodology improvement and exploration for HW design new technologies.
12.Manufactory assembly key components incoming quality review and assurance.
13.Other responsibilities assigned by line manager.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from four year college or university and 10 years related experience and/or training, ; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
