职位描述

Our customer is a U.S company, the world’s premier provider of standard-setting systems and device components for parenterally administered medicines. It is building new plants in Shanghai Qingpu Industrial Zone.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Sales & Marketing Team
  • Coordinate sales and marketing activities
  • Perform word processing duties, transmit faxes and compile various reports for Sales and Marketing
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails, faxes. courier, etc.
  • Prepare business presentations using computer graphic soft wares
  • Handle confidential information and take initiative to draft/reply simple letters.
  • Make travel arrangements and hotel reservations for overseas visitors and sales/marketing team
  • Assist in preparation of sales data and statistics
  • Assist in budget preparation of sales data and analysis
  • Set up and maintain a filing and documentation system and ensure that all files are kept up-to-date.
  • Provide administrative support to overseas colleagues
  • Requisite general office supplies for the office
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Managers

Requirements:



  • Must have initiative and ability to interact t different levels
  • Computer literate, familiar with software packages, eg: Microsoft
  • Windows, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and good communication skills
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in MNC preferably in sales & marketing environment
  • Speak and write English is a perquisite
