职位描述
Our customer is a U.S company, the world’s premier provider of standard-setting systems and device components for parenterally administered medicines. It is building new plants in Shanghai Qingpu Industrial Zone.
Responsibilities:
Handle all customers’ enquiries and samples request.
Coordinate with Planning and Shipping to ensure that shipment is affected according to Customer delivery schedule and requirements
Plan delivery based on weekly shipment schedule, outstanding order list, inventory list, outstanding
Update shipment schedule and outstanding order list when order confirmation is received
Advise customers and Sales team of their outstanding orders monthly.
Perform local deliveries as directed.
Maintain good housekeeping and safety in Warehouse.
Liaise with customers on opening of L/C. Monitor order amendment.
Follow-up and coordinate internally for all Product Discrepancy Reports (PDR),
Attend Production meetings and Material Review Board Meetings (MRB) on a weekly basis.
Assist in forecasting and Production Planning.
Update Price List every half-yearly.
Raise purchase order.
File all correspondence and enquiries in “Country” files
Any other duties assigned by your superior.
Competencies:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal relations skill
College above in international trade/Logistic with minimum 2 years of working experience
Computer literate
Knowledge of SAP module in SD/PP/MM module would be advantageous
