1. Maintain & improve the cooperation & relationships with regional distributors.
2. Propose marketing & sales plan and secure targeted sales revenue achievement.
3. Keep in up-to-date of sales forecast for the product.
4. Collect market and competitor's information.
5. Report sales pipeline to the leader.
6. Annual agreement & sell-price review with distributors.
7. Organize and maintain sales-tool, propose new product development plan to engineering team.
8. Understand & transfer the customer requirements, quality & delivery complaints to relevant department to deal with, and timely give customer a response.
9. Support distributor or direct sales people on big bidding project or as require.
10. Deal with commercial issues, such as AR, special discount asking etc.
11. Organize annual distributor meeting.
12. Direct sales when need.
13. Train new sales people.
14.Complete the other tasks and jobs which assigned by the leader.


Education Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering.

Working Experience: No less of 3 years working experience of sales & in the IT or relevant industries.

Language skills: Good speaking, reading & writing in English.

Computer Skills: Microsoft office, Powerpoint.

Other Requirement: Very good personal attributes, such as a pleasing personality, an abundances of energy, a sense of responsibility and self reliance; Enable to take over high challenges & pressures and be availale for business trip.
